At Penelope's, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain securely attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
